Buffalo Valley DUI School
About:

  • Buffalo Valley DUI School Services program delivers therapeutic education about alcohol and other drug use and driving along with peer group counseling concerning substance use


  • The class is a 12-hour course using the State approved/required Prime for Life curriculum


  • A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the class, once ALL portions of the class have been completed

Enrollment:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age


  • A  photo ID consisting of Date of Birth or Social Security Number is required

Services and Cost:

  • 12-Hour TN-Approved Prime for Life curriculum

  • Total cost of the 12-hour class is $175.00
 
  • A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot in the class. All deposit money MUST be sent in within 1 week prior to the class date. The remaining balance of $150.00 MUST be paid at the beginning of the class session

  • Court ordered or mandated Alcohol and Drug assessments are also available separately or in combination with the cost of the 12-hour class. The cost for just the alcohol and drug assessment is $75.00 and must be paid prior to the assessment being given ​

Class dates and times:

  • All 12-hour DUI classes are conducted one time each month. Dates and times will be given to each participant at the time of the initial phone call regarding class information. Note that all classes are conducted on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning unless otherwise determined by the instructor ​
