Patriot Place:

BVI Patriot Place is a drug free transitional housing program where “veterans are helping veterans.”  It is the camaraderie of living in a structured, substance-free environment with fellow veterans who are succeeding at bettering themselves.  Patriot Place provides a “hands on” assistance directly to homeless veterans.  It is designed to help homeless veterans live as self-sufficient and independent as possible.
Buffalo Valley offers Patriot Place transitional living for both male and female.  In order to qualify, you must be homeless and have a clear DD214.  To learn more about each program, please click on the link below.

 

MALE:

Buffalo Valley’s priority is offering a secure, safe, and clean housing that offers a supportive environment which is drug-free.  This is a “hand up, not a hand out” program.  We offer housing in Lewisburg and Clarksville.  All housing is located near typical resources( grocery stores, libraries, doctor’s offices, AA meetings, etc.) Buffalo Valley offers many resources in order to help get you back on your feet such as case management, relapse prevention, vocational rehabilitation, job readiness/placement, housing and transportation among many others. Our goal is to help you achieve lifelong recovery from the addiction and homelessness through residential stability, increase income/skills and greater self- determination.

FEMALE:

Buffalo Valley recognizes the need for gender specific  programs.  That is why we offer Patriot Place Women’s Transitional Housing. Buffalo Valley’s priority is offering a secure, safe, and clean housing that offers a supportive environment which is drug-free.  This is a “hand up, not a hand out” program.  All housing is located near typical resources( grocery stores, libraries, doctor’s offices, AA meetings, etc.)

Buffalo Valley understands the strength and resilience of women Veterans.  We strive to treat every client with dignity and respect.  We encourage positive change and strive to help women veterans manage their overall health and well-being. Buffalo Valley offers many resources in order to help get you back on your feet such as case management, relapse prevention, vocational rehabilitation, job readiness/placement, housing and transportation among many others.
