 Interested in renting, owning, or perhaps you just need some home improvements.  Buffalo Valley offers many housing programs that may be able to help.

 

Rental

• Located in several counties across the state. Including Lewis, Lawrence, Marshall, Hickman, Perry, Decatur, Wayne, Montgomery, Coffee, Bedford, Pickett, Overton, Bedford, and Fentress.
• Housing for the elderly, disabled, and for those with low to moderate income.

Homeownership 

• Currently offering up to $14,999 in assistance for down payments, rehabilitation, and new construction for qualified first time homebuyers.
• This program is funded by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and is currently operating in Lawrence, Marshall, Lewis, and Wayne counties.

Home Improvements

• Buffalo Valley is currently working with THDA to provide low interest loans of up to $30,000 to homeownesr wanting to make qualified improvements to their homes.
